I currently have three habit contracts with three friends to reach <12.5% body fat by July 24th, 2020.

My systems to accomplish this goal:

  1. Ketogenic diet
  2. 3 Strength Training Sessions per week
  3. 3 Cardio Sessions per week

  4. HDPiano to re-learn Piano
  5. WesBos Course to learn Javascript
