Mornings

This is really a (public) note to myself but if it doesn’t happen in the morning the chances of it happening later in the day take a steep decline.

I already know this about myself with exercise which is why I like to workout in the morning. But it really applies to everything else: habits, work, hobbies etc.

Let’s try doing the things most important to me in the mornings, before noon, and see how it goes.
