5 Good Minutes


I love this because there is always enough time in the day. We just have to be extremely diligent about how we spend our time. Being diligent about how we spend our time gives us the freedom to really do anything we want each day.

If you’re skeptical of this, an extremely illuminating exercise is for one day, carry a pen and paper with you and write down every single thing you do that day with the amount of time you spent doing it next to it. You’ll quickly realize there is plenty of time that spent that can be re-prioritized.

And lastly I’d like to add one thing to the list:

5 good minutes of blogging can create a blog post
